It is not fair for the people that use the cell phones at the right times because we didn't do anything wrong with them and some people do use them in school to text and the others don't. I think that if kids are using them in school they should get them taken away and they should take everyones away. My mom normally picks me up and that day she wasn't there to take me home. So I had to walk home with Rylee and Rosie. My reasons for taking this position are that for one, if there is an emergency of some sort the kids won’t be able to call their parents. Also if after school you have an arrangement to go home with a friend you would need to call home and confirm this with your parents. And for the kids who chose to use them during class they should get a warning, and if they do it again then they should get it taken away, but just for a couple of students who disobey the rules it shouldn’t affect the rest of the students.
